Teams bot status

This product hosts the EASTO Lessons assistant as a Microsoft Teams bot. Messages hit /api/messages; replies use core task lessons_first_line and the lessons knowledge base.

Messaging endpoint: /api/messages

Bot credentials are present.

Sign in with the Teams Developer CLI (`teams login`), then register the bot (`teams app create --name "EASTO Lessons-staging" …`) so CLIENT_ID / CLIENT_SECRET / TENANT_ID land in `.env.lessons-staging` (staging) or `.env.local` (local tunnel).
